Position Overview:
As an Entry Level Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel plans from the comfort of your home. You will provide personalized travel recommendations, book reservations, and offer expert guidance on destinations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Travel Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with clients’ interests.

• Booking Management: Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using our booking platforms.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the travel planning process, addressing any questions or concerns that arise.

• Sales Support: Assist in promoting travel packages and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.

• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry changes to provide clients with the best advice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software or willingness to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
