We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to assist with travel arrangements for  clients. This part-time opportunity allows for flexible working hours while providing essential support to clients to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, according to clients’ preferences and budgets.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to secure reservations and address any issues or changes.
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries and provide necessary documentation to travelers.
  • Budget Management: Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines, providing cost-effective solutions.
  • Travel Research: Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  • Customer Service: Respond to travel inquiries and provide exceptional support before, during, and after travel.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using travel booking software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations is a plus.
  • A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about new destinations.
