Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, including exclusive resorts, cruises and activities.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during travel

- Research and recommend travel destinations, attractions, and activities based on client preferences and budget

- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure attractive rates and reservations

- Create detailed itineraries for clients

- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to clients

- Process payments and manage invoices related to travel bookings

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred

- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and travel partners

- Proficient in using travel booking systems and online reservation platforms

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements is a plus
